Ice Storm Warning, Freezing Rain Advisory Covering Ozarks

Additional Winter Storm Watches are in effect for Peoria, Knox, Fulton, McLean, McDonough, Tazewell, Woodford, Stark and Marshall Counties from 12 AM Sunday through 6 AM Monday.
The National Weather Services forecasts light freezing rain today near and northwest of I-44. Main impacts over the weekend from this ice storm will be ice covered roads, downed power lines and possible power outages.
The National Weather Service Office also issued Freezing Rain Advisories for several counties, including Craig, Creek, Okfuskee, Ottawa, and Tulsa. And accuweather.com suggested Friday morning that Ottumwa was still in line for.39 inches of ice.
While this weekend's storm could cause icing on the roads, it's not expected to be like the ice storm we experienced in mid-December.
