NBA Awards: Will Ferrell and Drake Become Handshake Coaches

In March, Drake dropped his More Life album, and fans speculated that a few of the lyrics were about his former fling with Lopez. "It's a bit of an awkward vibe in here tonight", he said. Taking on the roles of NBA handshake specialist Coach Palmer and NBA Dexterity Technician Coach Murphy, respectively, Drake and Will were on a mission to improve NBA players' handshake game. The two roasted Toronto Raptors' shooting guard DeMar DeRozan, while also schooling him on the art of handshakes.

"Guys, we've seen a lot plays from you today, but your handshakes...", Drake tells the players before Ferrell interjects, "Your handshakes aren't worth dog crap".

As people know, celebrities have a range of other famous people to take to award shows but when we see them with a "not-to-famous" person, it may be more personal than business.

The event, which honored the top performers in the National Basketball Association, featured special performances by Nicki Minaj and 2 Chainz. Instead of answering tough questions, however, the 6 God relied on the Uptown Kids Choir, a puppy, and "someone's grandma".

Drake and 19-year-old Jorja were spotted buying candies together in her local co-op in Walsall, West Midlands.

Finally, Drake used a Belly and Get Out-inspired sketch to joke about Steph Curry, his wife Ayesha, and the Golden State Warriors.
