According to a legal expert, Kardashian could be subject to criminal charges for posting the explicit photos of his ex.
The law states that it is illegal to distribute sexual images or videos of someone without their consent with the knowledge that it will cause them "serious emotional distress".
Rob kept tweeting saying, "I truly thought Chyna wanted to be a family and that's why I was so loyal to her but I learned my lesson and everyone else was right".
Shapiro said Kardashian could get in trouble whether Blac Chyna wants to pursue a case or not, though he said proving a criminal misdemeanor case without the victim's cooperation would be hard.
One of the many accusations Rob made against Chyna in his series of Instagram posts yesterday was that Chyna is "fucking dudes in the bed u lay my daughter in".
In October 2013, the California Governor signed a bill outlawing so-called revenge porn and levying possible prison time for those who post naked photos of their ex-partners.
When steamy photos of Chyna, 29, and Jones leaked just a few months before Dream's birth, Jones explained, "So many people looked at me like I was a villain without knowing the full story".
It said: "Rob u did all this but u beat me up and try act it never happen! On my kids but I'm supposed to be quiet because you're a Kardashian". Her post has since been removed.
But if Rob's reaction to Chyna's alleged infidelity seems especially harsh, you haven't been following the drama between the former co-stars of the "Rob & Chyna" reality show - which, incidentally, is part of the Kardashian reality TV universe.
