Man arrested for 'threatening to attack Ariana Grande concert in Costa Rica'

The suspect, with the last names Caicedo Lopez, a 22-year-old from Colombia, was held in a 6am raid on his flat in Tibas, near the capital San Jose, yesterday (Sunday).

A man has been arrested for threatening to attack Ariana Grande's concert in Alajuela, Costa Rica just weeks after a bombing at Grande's concert in Manchester, England left more than 20 dead and dozens more injured.

24 year old pop star Grande posted an image she took of Sunday's gig via her Instagram account, but made no mention of the security alert from earlier in the day. Missed you. I love you.

Following on from the deadly attack in Manchester in May that left nearly two dozen dead, Costa Rican officials have reportedly arrested a man who allegedly made threats to stage an attack on an Ariana Grande concert.

He added that even if the threat was meant as a "joke", it is "our verify whether or not there is a real threat, because this is a very sensitive situation and it could lead to a tragedy". The brunette beauty paid tribute to Saffie last week on what would have been her ninth birthday.

The "Dangerous Woman" singer posted a statement following the attack, in which she said, "We won't let hate win". Roussos would have celebrated her ninth birthday on July 4. It was her everything and we bought her the tickets for Christmas. And she would sing and dance every single song.
