Yesterday, Abdullah said that India should approach third parties, such as the United States and China, to mediate in the Kashmir issue.
Abdullah said that even after 70 years, the Kashmir dispute between India and Pakistan had not been resolved. There are many bigger issues across the world, which have worsened. God forbid, does Farooq (Abdullah) want our situation similar to them?
This is not the first time when the Congress vice-president has blamed Prime Minister Modi for creating space for militancy in the state."Modi's policies have created space for terrorists in Kashmir".
"This (Kashmir) is our internal matter and nobody has the right to interfere in it".
Earlier, the U.S. had said that instead of waiting until "something happens", it would try and "find its place in efforts to de-escalate strains between Pakistan and India".
BJP MP Subramanian Swamy said, "In my opinion Farooq Abdullah should go to some third country.He is not talking in favour of India".
