Suge Knight Indicted, To Be Arraigned For Sending Threatening Text

He's set to be arraigned on Thursday (Aug. 3), which will make more than six months since the indictment was filed.

Gray, whose first name is Felix, directed the hit film "Straight Outta Compton".

Knight has very mad about the portrayal in the movie and he allegedly sent the threats via text message.

Former Death Row Records CEO Suge Knight has been indicted by a grand jury in Los Angeles County for making criminal threats against Straight Outta Compton director F. Gary Gray.

"It is further alleged that the threatened crime, on its face and under the circumstances in which it was made, was so unequivocal, unconditional, immediate and specific as to convey to Felix Gary Gray a gravity of goal and an immediate prospect of execution", the indictment read. The trial on those charges is finally set to begin next January. Court records obtained by Variety show that the crime was allegedly committed on August 8, 2014.

Somehow even while behind bars, Suge Knight's legal problems just keep stacking up.

In 2008, Knight sued Kanye West and his team in regards to a shooting which took place at West's pre-VMA party in August 2005. That same year he was arrested for armed robbery along with comedian Katt Williams.
