Authorities: Armed woman, ranting about Cuba, threatens cashier at Kardashian store

Detectives are searching for an armed woman after she entered a Kardashian-owned DASH store in West Hollywood and pointed a handgun at an employee on Thursday, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Fortunately, everyone is OK, but it's pretty terrifying that this woman was in possession of both a gun and a machete. According to TMZ, the woman started saying phrases like "Free Cuba" and "Stay away from Cuba".

There were also reports that the unidentified woman entered the store, messed up all the clothes on the shelf and threatened the employee working there. It has featured in "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" several times down the years, and it inspired a spin-off series called "DASH Dolls". She ranted. "The Kardashians will be executed if they step on this territory".

Video footage shows the woman turning toward a cameraman to ask if he wanted to "get stabbed", before shoving the machete into a gap in the boutique's front entrance and walking away.

The Kardashians are yet to comment about what happened.

She then proceeded to knock stuff off the counter, pointed the weapon at the cashier again, then left the store.

"They'll be f--g killed".

Thankfully, the woman, identified as Maria Medrano, was eventually apprehended and arrested.

In October 2016, Kim Kardashian West was held at gunpoint by men dressed as police officers in a hotel room in Paris.
