Jain said that a VHP delegation will meet the External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj as well as the envoys of Myanmar and Bangladesh to request them to take quick action for the security of Rohingya Hindus.
A senior foreign ministry official said the team was expected to be led by Myanmar's Minister of the Office of State Counselor, Kyaw Tint Swe.
A Myanmar minister was quoted as saying on Wednesday that the Yangon government will manage the redevelopment of villages torched during the violence in Rakhine state.
Between the new arrivals and some 3,00,000 Rohingya who were already living in the area due to previous violence in Myanmar, there are now almost 8,00,000 refugees in camps around the Bangladesh border town of Cox's Bazar that are bursting at the seams.
Since the military crackdown against Rohingya Muslims started in August this year, over 480,000 victims have since fled the ensuing violence to seek refuge in Bangladesh.

"Since it is most likely that return will take time, if it happens, if violence stops, it will be important also to find in the medium term suitable solutions for the people that are in Bangladesh", Grandi said.
Meanwhile, worldwide observers and world leaders have been accusing Myanmar of allowing ethnic-cleansing of Rohingyas.
He claimed that Rakhine's Rohingya Hindus don't want Indian citizenship but are ready to relocate to any Hindu or Buddhist majority area in Myanmar.
