You play as Hopper and his gang of friends as you try to solve some of the odd things - in the way of puzzles - that have been happening in the surrounding area.
The very first clip from season 2 of "Stranger Things" has just been unearthed through the show's mobile game which came out earlier this week. They created some simple run-and-jump browser games at the beginning of this year for a handful of their original shows, including Stranger Things and odder choices like Narcos and Orange Is The New Black. It is an entirely free game that features multiple playable characters, each with their own abilities.
There's something odd happening in the town of Hawkins and it's up to you to get to the bottom of it.
The game includes familiar surroundings, such as Mirkwood Forest, Hawkins Lab, Jim Hopper's home, and the Upside Down. Nancy has a whole bag of bats to swing.
Netflix debuted the series' mobile game Stranger Things: The Game on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Stores today. But I may have gone too far: "it seemed like every day I was crying or freaking out", Ryder noted about her eventual portrayal of the character. "She said, 'If you don't see it happen, you don't believe it'".
Stranger Things returns for its second season October 27th on Netflix!
The sneak peek sees Will, Mike, Lucas and Dustin trick-or-treating in their Ghostbusters costumes and we get the first look at one of the new characters this season. Interestingly enough, fans have already made an attempt at a more accurate representation of what Stranger Things would look like as a game at that time.
