Gemma Collins explains how she survived horror fall

But she did admit that she was a little bruised, writing alongside a snap of her and Rita: 'Guys it was all worth it cause I got a selfie with RITA ORA #lifegoals off to bed now I'm in agony and need to rest'.

Gemma went on to reveal that Jamie and Marcel immediately jumped to her rescue, with the reality TV stars scared that her legs would be crushed by the moving trapdoor.

However, as all that commotion was going on, Ms Collins hilariously fell through a secret hole in the floor. She even compared herself to Madonna, who famously fell at the 2015 BRIT Awards when her cape was pulled from off stage while it was still attached to her.

The incident in question took place when Collins was announcing Love Island as the victor of the best TV show prize, and a trap door opened up beside her to welcome the winners on stage.

It comes after Gemma claimed she could have DIED when she fell through the trap door on top of Love Island's Jamie Jewitt, Amber Davies and Marcel Somerville.

Gemma said: "I'm not allowed to discuss that but all will be forgiven with the BBC if they give me a slot on Strictly next year". Yes, I stacked it on stage.

"It was my left side that hit as I went down; as you know I've got a bit of a booty and thank god for that because it has protected me".

She also went on Twitter to tell her fans: "I'm alive".

Remitting to the Radio 1's Teen awards English, Gemma Collins is suddenly fallen live yesterday evening. Because the three Love Island guys were coming up on the stage.

They flocked to her account to wish her well.

"That poor girl [Amber Davies] almost got totally crushed, there's nothing of her".

She added: "It's just one of these moments I don't think I'm ever going to live down".

'Get well soon just seen the clip and it looks painful, ' one follower posted on Instagram, whilst another said: 'Hope you're not in too much pain Gemma, but thanks for making us laugh so much, it's good to laugh!'
