China's Economic Daily News has also stated that the SE 2 will start selling exclusively in India, releasing worldwide shortly afterwards. It is an exciting time for Apple fans as we are expected to see three new iPhone X variants and a new SE next year.
This is a substantial hike from Apple's older models, its iPhone 8 and 8Plus were priced at $699 and $799, respectively.
Taiwanese publication CENS (us neither) reports that Wistron, one of Apple's main manufacturing partners, is planning to build a new factory in India in order to ensure it has the production capacity to build the iPhone SE 2. As such, Apple has taken a bit of a gamble with its iPhone X, which marks the company's foray into face recognition technology. After the release of the new models the iPhone SE decreased. The company released the first version of the 4-inch budget handset in 2016 as a way to cater to customers that prefer a smaller device or those living in countries like India, and evidently Apple has decided that it's time to make some changes under the hood. Other suggested products include AirPods, iPhone cases, Apple Watch Series 3, Apple Watch bands, iPad accessories, MacBook Pro, Beats headphones, Apple TV, selfie stick, wireless charging pad, photo printer, drone, R2-D2 toy and Apple Store Gift Cards. The device uses Apple's A9 chip, as used by the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus, and features a 12-megapixel rear camera. Now, it looks like we can expect an iPhone SE 2 in the not too distant future.
