Harvey Weinstein accused of alleged sex trafficking in new lawsuit

The lawsuit, filed in U.S. District Court in NY, does not accuse Weinstein of labor trafficking or other exploitations commonly associated with the commercial sex industry.

"Harvey Weinstein actively had no intention of following through with his promise of a role., " the lawsuit said.

The lawsuit was filed under a federal sex trafficking law, based on a claim that Weinstein traveled overseas to use fraud and coercion to obtain a commercial sex act, and also named his brother and their company for knowing about his behavior and profiting from it.

Producer Harvey Weinstein speaks at the ceremony for the unveiling of the star for Italian composer Ennio Morricone on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in Hollywood, California February 26, 2016. He has strongly denied all allegations of non-consensual sex.

The lawsuit alleges that she was first asked to show him her showreel, during which he began to massage her and told her that if she was "a good girl" and did "whatever he wished" then "they would work" together, before forcing her into a bathroom and sexually assaulting her.

Ms Noble is seeking unspecified damages for "severe injuries and emotional distress, pain and suffering, mental anguish, inconvenience, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, inability to lead a normal life, shame and humiliation". "If the US prosecutors balk at the enormity of what they must do, the civil court in the United Kingdom may offer Weinstein's alleged British victims some hope of recognition and justice", she wrote.

At that point, Weinstein "pulled Kadian closer and groped her breasts" according to the suit, despite the plaintiff's protests.

Bob Weinstein is a part of this action because he is alleged to have "facilitated commercial sex acts in foreign commerce" by his brother, the complaint alleges, "to obtain the enormous publicity" when the producer promoted the company's projects around the world. He then made her pleasure him until completion before she was able to leave the bathroom.

"TWC employees knew to "take care" of the FOHs".

Neither a representative for Bob Weinstein nor The Weinstein Company immediately respond to ABC News' request for comment.
