LaVar Ball Is Removing His Son, LiAngelo, From UCLA

LiAngelo Ball was indefinitely suspended alongside teammates Cody Riley and Jalen Hill after they were accused last month of shoplifting from a Louis Vuitton store next to their hotel in Hangzhou, China. Trump then stated that he didn't receive proper appreciation from LaVar Ball and later posted on Twitter: "I should have left them in jail!" I tell him to go get the victory.

It looks like LiAngelo Ball will now be attending Big Baller Academy.

LaVar Ball had famously feuded with President Donald Trump over the incident, after Trump insisted he helped convince Chinese president Xi Jinping to release LiAngelo and two of his UCLA teammates from house arrest.

It appears the main one of those options is to prepare the player for June's National Basketball Association draft. All three players were apologetic for their actions.

If the National Basketball Association draft is the family's focus, Ball might have an uphill battle. They were going to keep the best shooter on the team coming off the bench? That being said, sources told TMZ that the 19-year-old guard hasn't officially withdrawn from the school, although that seems like a formality at this point, as he's already back home in Chino Hills, California, and won't return to UCLA. The NCAA was asked by ESPN about the matter and said, "Generally speaking, a college athlete or prospect paid for use of their athletics reputation or ability risks their future eligibility in that sport".
