Luann de Lesseps apologizes after her arrest in Florida

Julie, who reveals that the mystery man with Luann is "a guy she had previously dated" and "not a big deal", says that the official police report got the timing wrong an claims officers were already in the room when she arrived. They miscalculated and entered into room 407 instead, which was unlocked because a maid was cleaning the room. He found the pair in bed together and repeatedly ordered them to leave the room. While Olson quickly complied with the officers' orders to leave the room, her reality TV star friend wasn't so easy to deal with.

In both her recent arrest and her divorce, de Lesseps was upfront withfans via Twitter, expressing feelings that are often considered private. De Lesseps reportedly locked herself in the bathroom and refused to exit. The advice that we would have for her at this point is rather simple: Steer clear of Palm Beach.

The reality star appeared to be completely happy and content before her arrest and even posted a photo on Instagram of herself and her co-stars, including Bethenny Frankel, Tinsley Mortimer, Ramona Singer, Sonja Morgan, and Dorinda Medley, celebrating Christmas in MA earlier this month.

But while in the auto, de Lesseps allegedly slipped out of the handcuffs and "attempted to exit the vehicle", the officer wrote.

"De Lesseps was removed from the back of vehicle so I could re-secure the handcuffs on her wrists", Mastrangelo wrote.

When the reality star was placed in a holding cell at the police department, she stated again multiple times that she was "going to f-king kill all of you", according to the officer. She then reportedly screamed, "I'm going to f**king kill you".

De Lesseps, 52, was booked into jail Sunday on charges of battery on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest with violence, disorderly intoxication and corruption by threat.

A spokesperson for de Lesseps issued an apology to anyone offended by her behavior in a statement Sunday.

"This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding and being there brought up long-buried emotions", she said.

Adding: 'I am committed to transformative and hopeful 2018'.
