LEGO The Incredibles Coming This Summer

Following that recent flier leak, WB Games has confirmed the next title from TT Games will in fact be LEGO The Incredibles.

It's been a while since we've been graced with a new LEGO release by TT Games, so with Disney•Pixar's The Incredibles II movie release coming soon, now is as good a time as any. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, Dash, and Frozone as they team up to protect the city. Check out the debut Lego The Incredibles teaser trailer, below.

In addition to tackling story missions to help bring to justice an array of troublesome villains, Lego The Incredibles also features a sprawling hub world linking you to locations such as Municiberg and Nomanisan Island.

"The "Incredibles" franchise, full of super-powered characters, adventures and teamwork, combined with all of the humor, puzzle-solving elements and unexpected surprises of LEGO games makes for the ideal combination for players". Edna finally shows up and says she's seen it before and spits the "I" into two columns to signify the upcoming sequel. Considering The Incredibles 2 is due to add 25 new superheroes to the roster, also expect the game to have one heck of a cast as the story progresses.

The game will put special emphasis on teamwork, much like the films, relying on player cooperation to deliver special attacks and construct specific Lego builds. LEGO® The Incredibles will be available for Nintendo Switch™, PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One on June 14, 2018, the same day The Incredibles 2 opens in theaters nationwide. While The Incredibles movies focus mostly on the Parr family, Pixar actually fully fleshed out a number of other Supers that were only glimpsed within the movies.
