Rural Retreat woman charged after man found decapitated

A West Virginia woman has been charged with murder after allegedlydecapitating her boyfriend and demanding 'you have to take me back and let me get my heads, ' at the time of her arrest.
Mills was supposed to be arraigned Monday, but instead a judge said he wanted to know more about her competency to participate in court proceedings.
The cops arrested Mills when she became combative, according to reports.
Law enforcement officials were called to an area on April 1 where they discovered Mills, who was covered in blood and had a pocket knife in her trousers when she arrived at another residence, a criminal complaint stated. "Any kind of vehicle you want I will have in your driveway tomorrow if I would take her back and let her finish what she had started".
Roena Cheryl Mills, 41, was arrested the other day in relation to the murder of Bo White, that was discovered dead inside of a residence in Lerona, " WVSN TV documented.
The homeowners of that residence called authorities after they offered to give her a ride and she refused to leave the property.
She told Conner that the blood was hers and that she cut two fingers from being attacked and thrown through a glass door, according to court documents. The discovery was said to be near the area of woods where Mills had emerged earlier that morning.
Roena Cheryl Mills from Rural Retreat Virginia is charged with 2nd-degree murder. Deputies said they also found another body part of the victim in the home where they originally found Mills.

She appeared inebriated, was staring off into the distance, and kept conversing with someone she called "daddy", the deputies said.
"That determination will have to be made by the medical examiner", Mercer County Prosecuting Attorney George Sitler said.
Mills is now being held at the Southern Regional Jail in Raleigh County on $210,000.
