Warm With a Chance for Rain This Week

Out ahead of that front, there will be plenty of clouds around this morning and even a passing shower or two.

Overnight, temperatures will fall into the upper 60s under partly cloudy skies.

Saturday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers or storms and highs hovering around 80°. Sunday night showers and storms will develop to the north of our area.

Monday night: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 1 a.m.

Thursday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Tuesday night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, low around 59.

In Auckland that rain could get heavy at times, but a high of 20 degrees Celsius is expected. Highs will be in the lower to mid-80s and overnight lows should be in the lower 60s. East winds will gust as high as 25 miles per hour.

Expect another hot and steamy day for your Mother's Day with late day storms possible. Highs will be in the 70s and 80s.

Boating conditions will be poor to hazardous today due to the period of unsettled weather with high rain chances.

In addition, northwesterly gales may approach severe strength in exposed parts of the Canterbury High Country. They'll usually pass through a neighborhood in a matter of minutes, leaving good chances of rain/storms, but a day mostly dry nonetheless.

WEST MICHIGAN -We will have rain showers and storms moving out of West Michigan leaving us with mostly to partly cloudy sky.
