Twitter Reacts To ANOTHER Cavs-Warriors NBA Finals

Despite both the Warriors and Cavaliers going the full seven games in their conference finals series, Golden State is a 12-point favorite to win Game 1 of the NBA Finals when it gets tips off on Thursday.

The Warriors dispatched the Rockets earlier with a fine second half display in Game 7 to book their fourth straight Finals stint. When presented with that information, Warriors coach Steve Kerr responded by saying that Golden State would've won in five games if Andre Iguodala didn't miss the final four games of the series with a left lateral leg contusion.

The MVP of the 2015 Finals, Iguodala and Klay Thompson shared the responsibility of defending LeBron James in the 2017 meeting between the teams. They had a 17-point lead in the first half of Game 6 and a 15-point lead in the first half of Game 7. But I'm glad that we're going back (to the Finals) and I'm excited that we've got this opportunity.

James, 33, is averaging a remarkable 34 points in the playoffs this season, with the three-time National Basketball Association champion carrying the Cavaliers past the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference finals.

But just as they have done throughout the playoffs, the Warriors found an extra gear in the third period, with Curry and Durant suddenly finding their range from three-point distance to come roaring back into the contest.

The Warriors outscored the Rockets by 33-15 in the third quarter, surging into a double-digit lead that they never looked like surrendering.

"This is a situation we've never been in win a Game 7 on the road, keep our composure for the whole series", Curry said post game on TNT."All those hurdles and obstacles, we got over them, so it's an unbelievable feeling, man".

The Cavs can't use Game 1 as a feel-out game against the Warriors.

In order to win a championship, or even get out of the Eastern Conference, the New York Knicks need to sign LeBron James this summer. With his team-leading plus-24 in 38 minutes, the veteran's length, physicality, and ball movement helped the Cavs win Game 7 in Boston. Why do we insult and belittle either LeBron's or Jordan's accomplishments just because we consider their opposite the greatest of all-time?

48 - For the first time in his career, James played in his 100th game of the season Sunday night. "I'm not so sure that they are not the second-best team in the business, and we'll see how it plays out". "We're been playing really physical, getting stops". Do the math and this year's series marks the first "fourmatch". "They'd make a little run, he'd hit a three".
