Heather Locklear arrested and charged again with battery against first responders

Heather Locklear was arrested on Sunday night for alleged misdemeanor battery, according to the Ventura County Sheriff's Office. The 56-year-old actress was last arrested in February on suspicion of domestic violence.

It's been claimed that the paramedics arrived and she was put on a trolley when she allegedly kicked an emergency responder.

Heather was taken to a hospital to get checked out and then was taken to jail where she was booked.

Locklear was placed on an involuntary 5150 psych hold last week by her parents after she reportedly assaulted them. Authorities said she was intoxicated.

Locklear has made headlines in recent months for her tempestuous personal life. They attempted to get her away from her friends and family, with whom she was arguing.

Locklear was also allegedly unco-operative with the sheriff's deputies and became combative. Locklear, who is facing four counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer and one charge of resisting or obstructing an officer from the incident, entered a not guilty plea in April.

"She was kicking at and pushing our deputies", Captain Kuredjian said in February. "In the process of trying to separate her, she battered the deputy. There was no injury to the deputy".

She has previously spoken about her struggles with addiction.

Locklear was booked on a count of battery on an officer, and emergency personnel. She seemed out of control once again, so they called the police.

DailyMail.com shot photos of Heather after her release.

She still works frequently, with recurring roles on cable shows like "Franklin & Bash" and the Tyler Perry series "Too Close to Home".
