Paul Pogba's Answer When Asked If He's Happy At Man Utd

Despite their undisputed millions in the bank, Manchester United have been one of the more traditional clubs, with the manager tending to pick the players that he wants to sign.

The Dutchman's honours in Manchester include four Premier League titles- three consecutive between 2006 and 2009- and memorably saved the decisive penalty from Nicolas Anelka to win the Champions League for Manchester United over Chelsea in Moscow in 2008.

Asked about the differences between playing for France and playing for United, Pogba said: "I am the same, but it's a different team, obviously".

Piercing through any sense of satisfaction on an opening day win, Pogba chose to use his post-comments to say, "If you're not happy, you can not give your best". "There are things that I can not say otherwise I will get fined", commented Pogba.

Manager José Mourinho is claimed to have highlighted the need for a new centre back, however the tactician was knocked back by chief executive Ed Woodward, who insisted that targets Harry Maguire, Diego Godín and Jérôme Boateng "would not improve the first team".

United didn't sign a single player in the summer transfer window after July 3rd, and Mourinho spent a good chunk of the preseason complaining about not getting the support he desires in the transfer market.

Pogba had numerous bust-ups with Mourinho last season, with the Red Devils boss axing the £89m midfielder from his starting line-up after a poor run of form.

Paul Pogba has found it hard in recent seasons to produce consistently good performances for Manchester United, but in their opening fixture of the new Premier League season, the Frenchman seemed like a totally different player.

"The decision belonged to him because Andreas Pereira comes from Valencia bench as a winger to play number six".

"Let's see which players leave in the next few days". This was in reference to Eric Abidal, the director of football, his right-hand man, Ramon Planes and Pep Segura.
