After dissing Kanye West while on tour with Migos, Drake took a break from his hectic schedule to visit an 11-year-old fan, Sophia Sanchez, who's now awaiting a heart transplant in Chicago at Lurie Children's Hospital. She turned 11 on Saturday.
Not only did he call Sofia Sanchez his "love", but he wore the biggest grin on his face in every single shot these two snapped together at Lurie's Children's Hospital of Chicago.
Drake visited an 11-year-old girl who needs a new heart after a video showing her performing the Kiki challenge in hospital was posted online. "Me and my love Sofia talking about Bieber and Owls and Basketball", the rapper wrote on his Instagram post.
She's a huge fan of Drake and posted a video of herself doing the "Kiki Challenge", hoping the rapper would see.
Sofia underwent open heart surgery three weeks ago in order to connect a mechanical pump to help support her heart and blood flow.
The "God's Plan" crooner delivered, signing autographs for Sofia, gifting her a "Scorpion" album baseball cap, singing and taking selfies. It has one of the largest pediatric heart transplant programs in the Midwest and was recently ranked the 3rd best Pediatric Cardiology & Heart Surgery hospital in the nation by U.S. News & World Report.
The rapper was scheduled to perform on her birthday at the United Center in Chicago.
Sofia's cardiologist, Dr Bradley Marino, said: "Having this one special day where she doesn't have to be a sick patient and doesn't have to be a girl waiting for a heart, it's just a little girl who's a fan of a great artist, it's pretty special".
