Meghan Markle dons apron on return to Grenfell community kitchen

Kensington Palace tweeted some before and after pictures of the renovations and added in a series of tweets: "Thanks to the funds raised from "Together", the kitchen has been completely renovated, with the women's input, capturing the joyful spirit of the Hubb Community Kitchen and providing a safe, professional space to unite the community through food".

Duchess Meghan held her bump lovingly while speaking with members of the charity.

In January 2018, the Duchess of Sussex met the group of women, who cooked twice a week.

At that point, Meghan smiled and admitted that she'd previously struggled to keep the news to herself.

Meghan Markle wore a burgundy coat and dress wth a velvet plum collar.

The Duchess is in the second trimester of her pregnancy and is looking forward to welcoming her first child with Prince Harry in the Spring.

Today the Duchess of Sussex visits the Hubb Community Kitchen to see how the funds raised by Together: Our Community Cookbook are already making a difference.

The 37-year-old saw how proceeds from the book were being spent as she visited the newly renovated kitchen to help cook 200 meals for the local community.

The book was released in October and went straight to Number One on the Amazon Best Seller list in both Australia and the United Kingdom, where it knocked JK Rowling from the top spot.

The Hubb Community Kitchen works to help those affected by the 2017 Grenfell Tower fire in London, which took more than 70 lives and displaced many families.

Those involved have also been able to obtain food hygiene qualifications and been empowered to start their own projects for the benefit of the wider community.
