Queen Elizabeth II BROKE this royal tradition for Meghan Markle during Christmas

Harry and Meghan's move from London to Frogmore House in Windsor, Berkshire, was reported to have reflected the discord between the royal wives.

For those playing at home, it all started over the weekend when a report emerged claiming Kate and Meghan had an argument about how the former Suits star treated a member of Kate's staff.

It seems that Kate Middleton, 36, is a fan of Meghan Markle's fashion sense, despite rumours of a growing rift between the two royal sister-in-laws.

Meghan, who is pregnant with her first child, gave a reading from the poem "Our Deepest Fear" by Marianne Williamson at the Christmas carol service, which Harry attended solo past year after announcing his engagement to Meghan.

The duo, both 37, first met at the Superbowl in 2010 and have become close friends in the years since, with the now Duchess cheering on her friend from the Royal Box at Wimbledon earlier this year, alongside sister-in-law Kate Middleton. The high-rise empire line style perfectly skimmed her newly-announced bump as she walked hand-in-hand with Prince Harry off the plane.

She added that "Meghan can maximize her impact for others, as well her own happiness, if she's doing something that resonates with her personally". But since Markle is an American, she may not be amenable to this British tradition.

Serena Williams says Meghan Markle hasn't changed one bit since becoming a royal, according to PEOPLE.

Elaborating on her words, Michelle explained how she took her time to ease into her new life as FLOTUS and once she was ready, she took on more ambitious work.

While we don't have much information on her dress, we do know Meghan's beige coat is from Canadian brand Aritzia.

Markle's solo outing comes the day after she and husband Prince Harry were spotted at a Christmas carol concert on Tuesday, held each year in memory of Prince Harry's late friend.

Looks like there will be a big, happy Royal Family Christmas after all!
