Kim Porter, Ex-Girlfriend of Diddy, Died From Lobar Pneumonia

Music icon Diddy's former girlfriend Kim Porter's cause of death is now official.

The 47-year-old actress and model was found unresponsive in her bed on November 15, and investigators have determined that her death was not foul play. Months after her shocking death shook up the entertainment industry, reports claim the late model and actress died from pneumonia. "Porter's body has since been released from our facility", a spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner said in a statement released on Friday. Kim's death certificate, which was completed a day after she was found dead, previously listed her cause of death as "deferred" and the manner of death as "pending investigation". Kim reportedly went to bed early the night after telling a loved one she wasn't feeling well.

Following her death, Combs released a statement saying he and his former partner were "more than soulmates". I miss you so much.

Kim also had a 27-year-old son, Quincy, from a previous marriage.

After her passing, Diddy paid tribute, writing, "For the last three days I've been trying to wake up out of this nightmare". "I will always take care of you".

Porter and Diddy began dating in 1994 and their relationship ended in 2007.

Kim was laid to rest in her hometown of Columbus, Georgia on November 24.

"To the girls especially, we about to enter some different type of times. I want y'all to be able to talk to me about everything, and I mean everything...and I mean everything". The two had three children together - twin daughters Jessie James and D'Lila, 12, and son Christian, 20.
