Ariana Grande Slams Recording Academy for Mac Miller Loss

Cardi B beat the likes of Travis Scott, Mac Miller, Pusha T to win the best rap album, which is her first Grammy, for "Invasion of Privacy". Cardi said, after thanking her family and team members.

Cardi B, "shared the Grammy with Mac Miller,"the young rapper who died in 2018 and was also nominated in the same Best Album category".

Ariana Grande's beef with the Recording Academy appears to be growing despite her win Sunday night for best pop vocal album.

But, the debate continues with no signs of ending. I'm not just saying thank you because she's my daughter.

According to USA Today, Grande apologised when one Twitter user thought she was "shading" Cardi B, but quickly deleted her reply.

There's just a lot of feelings I have about these photos, and this meeting, and everything about this which I shall sum up in two adequate gifs. "And then you know, you know how it was, we was like, we have to get this album done so I could still do videos while I'm still not showing". Seconds later, however, the camera panned over to the mother of one shaking it on stage for her husband, Offset, who couldn't hide how much he was digging the song. "The nerves are so bad", she said. "And it was very long nights".

The rapper ended her speech by praising her spouse.
