Is youngest ever billionaire Kylie Jenner really self-made?

Her mother, Kris Jenner pioneered the term "momager" - building the careers of Kylie's sisters Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian and Kendall Jenner while taking a 10 per cent management fee.
Forbes has estimated the business, which is 100% owned by Jenner, turned over 360 million United States dollars over the past year from a majority of e-commerce revenue.
The total number of billionaires is down from the 2,208 that Forbes counted in 2018, representing only the second decrease in a decade.
Detractors have wondered as the Jenner-Kardashian sibling climbed her way to a billionaire exactly what Forbes means by "self-made".

"When you say "self-made", her sister had sex with somebody, the tape "got leaked", and the whole family cashed in". Back in 2018, Forbes had put Kylie on their list of self-made American women.
"I see [Kylie Cosmetics] going very far", Jenner said. "Leveraging fame and fortune from your pedigree is NOT self-made".
According to Forbes, the reality star-turned-makeup mogul started Kylie Cosmetics in 2015 with $250,000 she earned as a model. Forbes, relying on a different methodology, reported earlier Tuesday that Jenner had achieved the milestone.
McGrath worked as a receptionist in the early 1990s to support her make-up artistry, before getting her big break working with i-D's then fashion editor. They sold out in less than a minute. She mostly runs the company using her iPhone, and if you follow her on Instagram, you will notice that she regularly promote new products from the company.
Kylie has now become the youngest billionaire at the age of 21 years by selling her cosmeti products online and in some of the pop - up shops. The 21-year-old also had a huge business expansion and her growth in the beauty industry has been sizeable.
