Media Matters Sunday night published a series of unearthed comments he made on a radio show for several years, including during the time he was working for Fox News.
For someone who frequently calls people "dumb" on his show, Tucker spent so much time the last decade calling into the Bubba the Love Sponge show.
Inflammatory rhetoric is nothing new from Carlson, who in 2018 said that Planned Parenthood perform "human sacrifice rituals", as per Media Matters.
Laura Keiter, a communications director for Media Matters, said in a statement to TheWrap: "Anyone remotely familiar with Tucker Carlson won't be surprised by the misogyny". "Anyone who disagrees with my views is welcome to come on and explain why".
"If you're talking to a feminist", he said, "and she's given you, 'Well, men really need to be more sensitive, ' no, actually, men don't need to be more sensitive".
He says that "what gets women going is arguing with them".
He didn't. Warren Jeffs didn't marry under age girls. In another appearance, he implied that women like being instructed by men to "just be quiet and kind of do what you're told".
He also made this gross comment about his own daughter, after the show hosts spoke about sexual experimentations at boarding school: "If it weren't my daughter I would love that scenario".
Bubba Appearances Haunting Carlson
Rather than capitulate to the online outrage mob, Carlson stood his ground, characterizing his comments as "naughty" while challenging detractors to confront him on his Fox News show. Sorry. Now I'm just telling I'm to raise your marriage between the 16 year old and a 27 year old is not the same as telling a stranger off the street and rapier.
These are weird and unpopular and he has a different lifestyle than other people find creepy.
His criticism of women extended to prominent figures, such as Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan, HuffPost's former editor in chief Arianna Huffington and TV host Alexis Stewart, Martha Stewart's daughter. He's in, he's in prison for facilitation of child rape. Warren Jeffs is now a convicted sexual predator behind bars on two counts of child sexual abuse.
"I mean, I love women, but they're extremely primitive, they're basic, they're not that hard to understand. I mean, let's be honest about it", he told host Todd "Bubba the Love Sponge" Clem. Jeffs was on the FBI's most wanted fugitives list and arrested in 2006.
The audio from Media Matters swiftly went viral.
CARLSON: Look, just to make it absolutely clear.
On Sunday, Fox News rebuked remarks made by host Jeanine Pirro suggesting that Democratic congresswoman Ilhan Omar supported Sharia Law because she wore a hijab.
