Speaking about the latest UEFA investigation on Saturday, Guardiola said he had no concerns his achievements at City would be tainted by the allegations.
"We are lucky today we are here 3-2 up when we could be 3-1 or 4-1 down. It is something unique, the focus is incredible and when you make something wrong they (the opponent) punish it", he added.
"We showed in the first leg we are capable of competing with City".
With rumors swirling linking him to Juventus, Manchester City managed Pep Guardiola chose to set the record straight following City's 3-1 win over Watford on Saturday to move four points clear atop the Premier League table.
"My first comment is we won because we deserved to win by far".
"The situation in the league is precarious but nevertheless we are going to try with all our effort tomorrow", he said.
Juve will also be up against one of the competition's best-organized defenses and Allegri will be without two full backs because Mattia De Sciglio is injured and Alex Sandro suspended.
This season could turn out to be an excellent season for Pep Guardiola and Manchester City.
The fact City still had the individual talent to come from behind a man down thanks to a brilliant Leroy Sane freekick and Raheem Sterling's injury time victor shows why they remain on course for a historic quadruple of trophies this season.
"We are teenagers in this competition that's my feeling".
Last month City secured a second League Cup under Guardiola with a penalty shootout victory over Chelsea at Wembley. Guardiola has a realistic chance of winning them all.
"It should be here this season but next season VAR (will be implemented) and that will not be a problem, and it will be more fair". One week ago, we didn't expect the results at Paris Saint-Germain or [Real] Madrid would happen. "The fact is, it is a big success to just be there competing in the Champions League".
If Guardiola sees out his contract, he would have spent five years in Manchester, compared to four at Barcelona and three at Bayern Munich.
